With our constant growth, we are looking for a new team member – Procurement Specialist with German.

What you will do:
- Procurement Management – ensure the timely, professional, and risk-free procurement execution of signed projects by the hired team. This includes Key Accounts Management (communication, meetings, in-person presence, and representation during ad-hoc meetings with clients, service providers, and sub-service providers).
- Procurement planning and scheduling – developing procurement strategies, timelines, and schedules to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Budgeting and cost control – establishing procurement budgets, monitoring spending, and implementing cost control measures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Risk assessment and management – identifying and managing procurement risks, including supplier delays, price volatility, and compliance risks.
- Supplier and sub-service provider management – managing relationships with suppliers and sub-service providers, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Quality control and assurance – overseeing the procurement process to ensure that materials, goods, and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Health, safety, and environmental compliance – ensuring that all procurement activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Reporting and progress tracking – monitoring procurement progress, providing regular updates, and addressing any procurement-related issues that may impact the project timeline.
- Communication with stakeholders – facilitating effective communication with clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clarity on procurement needs and statuses.
- Procurement documentation and record-keeping – maintaining accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, vendor correspondence and quarterly and annual progress reports.
A successful candidate has:
- German language: B2/C1 level
- English: working proficiency as a second language
- Previous experience in Procurement or Purchasing, preferably within the renewable energy sector
- Willingness to travel when required
- The position will be based at our HQ in Bulgaria
