The successful profile is:
- Willing to work on construction sites of solar power plants in Europe for long secondment periods of 4 months or more without interruption on a project basis;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience;
- Working knowledge of English and German;
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within the construction or renewable energy industry;
- MS Office (command of Excel and Project);
- Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic understanding of construction processes and safety regulations is considered an advantage.
