With our constant growth, we are looking for a new team members as Workers for Solar Parks in Europe
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of mounting structures;
- Transport and assembly of lightweight elements;
- Cable management – installation of cable connections and related tasks;
- Intermediate connection of modules;
- Maintaining site cleanliness (cleaning, waste disposal);
- Installation of fastening elements (bolts and nuts).
Requirements:
- Willingness for long-term assignments in Europe (4+ months);
- Responsible and disciplined behavior;
- Compliance with safety regulations and use of protective clothing;
- Maintaining order and hygiene in the provided accommodation;
- Teamwork and collegial attitude.
Advantages:
- Desire for professional development (installer, electrician, operator);
- Experience in construction or working with tools;
- Experience in maintenance of large areas;
- Driver’s license (an advantage but not mandatory).
